We offer products to the Type 1 community as close to our cost as possible. To offer phone or video chat support would require hiring additional staff which would drastically increase the price of SugarPixel. So we made the decision to try and keep SugarPixel within the budget of as many people as possible rather than increasing the price (approximately by double) to be able to offer phone support.
We offer support by email at support@customtypeone.com or using the website chat bubble. Both will be synced and are interchangeable. So even if you begin in the chat, it will automatically switch to email if you leave the website.
